Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?

No, you do not. Many of our customers aren’t home during their service. If you aren’t home, please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.

What sets the staff AA PLUS CLEANING apart from other maids & housecleaners?

Our Housekeepers are full-time employees of AA Plus Cleaning . They are bonded, insured, & background checked. They are trained to work quickly & effectively while paying close attention to details.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

No, you do not need to provide any supplies. We bring all products, equipment, and materials needed to do the job right.

Will you use my cleaning supplies if I prefer?

Yes – please provide instructions and leave these products or equipment accessible to us and we are more than happy to use your supplies or equipment.
